                     ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

completest compliance stands meted, vis­a­vis, the judgment of

11.6.2019, recorded by the learned erstwhile Tribunal, upon,

O.A. (M) No. 210 of 2019.

2. In view of the afore made statement by the learned

counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

instant petition. Permission granted. Accordingly, the instant

petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if

any, also stand disposed of.
