. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his argument

for consideration of the petitioner's representation dated

01.08.2020, vide Annexure P-5, by the respondents. His

submission is placed on record.

In view of the submission made, respondent No.2,

Director of Higher Education, is directed to consider the

representation dated 01.08.2020 of the petitioner, vide Annexure

P-5, within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is

disposed off accordingly.
