"That the respondents­Department may kindly be directed to transfer/adjust the

petitioner at one of the Health Sub Centres, i.e. Health Sub Centre Paunta Block Baldwara Distt. Mandi, Health Sub Centre Kalthar, Block Baldwara, District Mandi, H.P., Health Sub Centre Bhambla,

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Learned Senior Additional Advocate General,

states that the department is ready and wiling to post the

3. Notably, this is one of the stations, which has

been opted by the petitioner herself.

Therefore, this petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to post the petitioner at Health

Sub Centre Kalthar, Block Baldwara, District Mandi, H.P.

within a period of two weeks from today. Pending

application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
