Mr. T.K. Verma, learned counsel for the
petitioner, submits that despite their best endeavour,
the petitioner is not coming forth for imparting
instructions. Learned has also written a Registered
Letter to the petitioner, copy thereof is shown by
learned counsel for the petitioner and on these
grounds, he submits that he may be permitted to
withdraw this Power of Attorney.
Having perused the Registered Letter shown
by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is ordered
to be taken on record, the prayer of learned counsel,
for withdrawing as Counsel for the petitioner, is
allowed.
As per report of the Registry, the conditions
imposed upon the petitioner while suspending the
sentence, have not been complied with.
In this view of the matter, protection
granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 30.04.2021,
is hereby revoked. In other words, pendency of this
.
petition shall not come in the way of the respondent to
have the judgment passed by learned Courts below
executed in letter and spirit.
Let, bailable warrant in the sum of
Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount be
issued against r the petitioner, returnable for
06.09.2021.
