By way of instant application, prayer has been

made on behalf of applicant/petitioner for revival of the COPC

NO.263 of 2020 titled as Nihal Singh Vs. Kumad Singh &

another, which was disposed of vide judgment dated

26.02.2021, passed by this Court.

Aforesaid contempt petition came to be disposed of

on the basis of undertaking given by Mr. Naresh Kaul, Advocate,

learned counsel representing the respondents that judgment

alleged to have been violated, shall be positively implemented

within a period four weeks, if not already implemented. But

since despite having aforesaid undertaking given to this Court,

nothing has been done by respondents, applicant/petitioner

approached this Court by way of present application for revival

of the proceedings.

Mr. Naresh Kual, learned counsel representing the

respondents, prays for and is granted two weeks' time to

implement the order/judgment dated 26.02.2021, passed by this

Court in COPC No. 263, titled as Nihal Singh Vs. Smt. Kumad

Singh & another, failing which respondent No.1. Managing

Director, Tourism Development Corporation, Ritz Annexe,

Shimla-171001, shall remain present in the Court on the next
