                                                              ORAL ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 19.02.2026, Ms. Nirali Sarda, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits upon instructions from Mr. D.D.Shah, District Supply Officer, Surat, that the process of allotment of fair price shop at Village Sayan- 1, Taluka Olpad, District Surat shall be completed before 31.03.2026. She submits that the representations dated 17.10.2025 and 20.11.2025 made by the petitioner shall also be taken into consideration while finalizing the allotment.

In view of said statement by learned Assistant Government Pleader, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the present Special Civil Application at this stage.

Disposed of accordingly.
