1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent No.2 and his Sub-ordinate Police Officers to comply strictly with the circular dated 08.09.2025 issued by the respondent No.1, Home Department, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms.Nirali Sarda, upon instructions submits, that the circular dated 08.09.2025 issued by the Home Department, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar shall be strictly followed in the case of the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, learned Senior Advocate Mr.Mehta for the petitioner submits that the prayers made in the present writ petition are satisfied.

4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
