learned trial Court and therefore this application filed for

quashing of the impugned impugned order has become

infructuous. He has tendered a copy of the judgment

rendered by the learned trial Court, which is taken on

record.

In view of the above, this application is disposed

of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged. Interim

relief, if any, stands vacated.
