Heard learned advocates for the parties to some

extent.

Learned APP has drawn my attention, after taking

instructions from Mr.U.N.Rabari, Police Inspector, Bharuch `A'

Division Police Station, who is present in the court, that

chargesheet is filed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application

No.14341 of 2020 and the investigation is on the verge of

completion in Special Criminal Application No.3544 of 2020, it

will be completed within two weeks from today and

chargesheet/report will be filed.

In view of that, as there is remedy available

under the law to the petitioner, considering the judgment of

Iqbal V/s State of U.P. reported in 2023(8) SCC 734 , it is appropriate to dispose of these petitions by keeping all rights

and contentions open to avail appropriate remedy under the

law. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of. It is

clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on

merits.
