It is reported that sole accused, namely, Natwarbhai Somabhai Patel, expired on 15.12.2019 and his death certificate is produced by the Registry. This appeal is filed by the State challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 11.4.2007 passed by the learned Special Judge, Kheda at Nadiad in Special Atrocity Case No.49 of 2006.

In view of the death of the sole respondent, this appeal becomes infructuous. Hence, it is disposed of.
