Present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 47 days in preferring application for leave to prefer an appeal against the the judgment and order dated 7.8.2023 passed by learned Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad in Criminal Case No.1023 of 2013 vide Exh.43.

Considering the explanation offered in the application as well as length of delay i.e. of 47 days in preferring application for leave to prefer an appeal, this Court deems it fit to allow the application.

Hence, this application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
