2. The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and

award dated 20.10.2022 passed by the learned Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal in MACP no.840/14 for the

compensation granted of Rs.1,09,070/-.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court

judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The
