When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 14.12.2023 passed

in C.C. No.21489 of 2019 by the learned trial court, which is

taken on record, whereby it transpires that in view of

settlement arrived at between the parties, the proceeding of

criminal case has been disposed of.

In view of this, he, on receiving instructions from his

client, submits that matter has become infructuous and

therefore, he does not press this application.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed.
