In view of the aforesaid development, which has not come on record, this court is of the view that this Special Civil Application is allowed. The continuing detention of the petitioner is quashed. The detenue is ordered to be set at liberty forthwith if not required in any other case. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted"
