Learned advocate Mr. Sanjanwala for respondent No.1 places on record compromise pursis and judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Morbi in Regular Civil Suit No.141 of 2008 and submits that the parties have settled the dispute. Both the compromise pursis and the judgment and decree passed by the learned trial Court are taken on record.

In view of above, present petition becomes infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly. Notice discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
