                            ORAL ORDER

1. When the matter is called out, Mr. Jigar Gadhvi, learned

advocate appearing for the applicants placed on record a copy

of judgment dated 04.09.2021 passed by the learned Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad Rural and submits

that as the Criminal Case No.8566 of 2017 is decided by the

Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur vide

judgment dated 04.09.2021, the present application arising

from the impugned FIR has become infructuous and therefore,

he seeks permission to withdraw the same.

2. Permission as prayed for is granted. The present

application is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Notice is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands
