When the matter is called out, learned APP has tendered

a copy of report dated 06.07.2023 received from the In-charge

Police Inspector, Vadu Police Station, Vadodara Rural and

also, produced a copy of judgment dated 30.06.2022 passed

by the Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Padra in

Criminal Case No.1052 of 2020 and submits that the

proceedings of criminal case is over. Therefore, the present

application has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of

as having become infructuous. I clarify that I have otherwise
