ORAL ORDER
This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 68 days' delay caused in preferring the Revision Application. Though, Mr.Raxit Dholakiya, learned advocate for Respondent No.2 objects to the condonation thereof, considering the explanation offered in the application as also the extent of delay, more particularly when, the applicant-accused is in jail pursuant to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Magistrate and confirmed by the appellate Court, I deem it fit to condone the delay. Hence, delay of 68 days caused in preferring the aforesaid Revision Application is hereby condoned.
Rule made absolute.
