                   ORAL ORDER

1. The Special Civil Applications are taken up for hearing with the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. The Civil Applications for fixing the date of early hearing

are disposed of accordingly.

2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.

3. Both the learned advocates are in agreement and submit with consent that judgment and order dated 08.03.2022 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.302 of 2022 and connected matters will govern the present Special Civil Applications inasmuch as the present petitioners are also similarly placed. They submit that the issue is covered by the aforementioned judgment and order.

4. In view thereof, the present Special Civil Applications are disposed of in terms of judgment and order dated 08.03.2022 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.302 of 2022 and connected matters. Accordingly, the Special Civil Applications are dismissed.

5. It is clarified by way of equitable relief that in case, if any decision is taken adverse to the petitioners, the same may not be implemented for a period of one week from the date of communication to enable the petitioners to take appropriate recourse.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
