1. RULE returnable forthwith. Mr.Utkarsh Sharma

learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on

behalf of the respondent State.

2. With the consent of learned advocates for the

respective parties, the petition is taken up for

final hearing.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

states that this matter is covered by the decision

rendered in Special Civil Application No.8667 of

2022 and allied matters decided by this Court on

20.09.2022.

4. In view of the law laid down and the reasons

assigned in the aforesaid judgement, the

offending clauses of the Government Resolution

dated 01.04.2022 are accordingly quashed and

set aside.

5. Petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule

is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
