                                ORAL ORDER

By this application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application No. 1069 of 2022 against the judgment and order dated 20.09.2021 passed in CBI Special Case No. 17 of 2016 by learned Special Judge, CBI Court No.5, Ahmedabad in CBI Special Case No. 17 of 2016.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the respective parties and more particularly considering the averments made in the memorandum of application, the Court is of the view that the delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application No.

R/CR.MA/18382/2022 ORDER DATED: 20/10/2022

1069 of 2022 has been sufficiently explained.

The application, therefore, succeeds and is accordingly, allowed. The delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application No. 1069 of 2022 is hereby condoned.
