CORAM:HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE
       ARAVIND KUMAR
       and
HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH J. SHASTRI

                              Date : 02/03/2022

                               ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE ARAVIND KUMAR)

1. The order which is complained of having been violated came to be passed on 11.3.2020 in Special Civil Application No.19852 of 2018. Against the said order, Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.1682 of 2021 has been filed and Hon'ble the Apex Court by order dated 12.3.2021 after having condoned the delay has issued notice and operation of the impugned judgment and order passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.19852 of 2018 has been stayed.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would vehemently contend that the order which came to be passed by this Court was a time bound order and it was required to be complied within reasonable time frame, we are not inclined to accept the said submission for

C/MCA/860/2020 ORDER DATED: 02/03/2022

the simple reason that the order which is alleged to have been violated has since been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hence, contempt proceedings stands DROPPED. Notice is discharged.
