                                ORAL ORDER

1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 19.01.2015 passed

below Exhibits 205, 220 and 221/A in Special Civil Suit

No.112 of 1972.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 17.02.2018, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed. Interim relief, if any,

stands vacated.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
