The present application is preferred to bring legal heirs of deceased claimant, who passed away after pronouncement of the judgment and order by the Reference Court.
It appears from the averments made in the application that the present applicants are heirs of the deceased - claimant.
Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and having considered the averments made in the application, the present application is allowed in terms of para -5(a). Rule is made absolute.
