                         ORAL ORDER

Mr. Jamshed Kavina, learned advocate for Mr. P.P.

Majmudar, learned advocate for the respondent No. 1,

produces a simple copy of judgment and decree dated

17.01.2022 passed by 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Vadodara in Regular Civil Suit No. 49 of 2016, whereby suit of

the plaintiff came to be decreed and the counter-claim filed by

the defendant came to be rejected. The said order is taken on

record.

By way of this petition, the petitioner - original defendant

No. 1 challenged an order passed below Exhibit - 22 and 23

dated 13.10.2016. However, in view of the final disposal of the

suit itself, this petition challenging the order passed below

Exhibits - 22 and 23 has become infructuous.

In view thereof, this petition stands disposed of as it has

become infructuous.

Notice is discharged. Interim-relief, if any, granted earlier,

stands vacated.
