ORAL ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, at the outset, it has been submitted that the present application has become infructuous in view of the fact that the main case in Sessions Case No.200 of 2017 arising out of the present complaint has already been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 25.06.2019 in which the accused persons have been acquitted by the concerned learned Judge.
In view of this acquittal order having been passed, the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, a joint request is made by both the sides to terminate the present proceedings. Accordingly, application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
