Heard learned senior advocate Mr. Gautam Joshi for the appellant assisted by learned advocate Mr. Keyur Vyas for the appellant.

We have gone through the impugned judgment and award dated 8.2.2018 passed by the Industrial Tribunal No.5, Ahmedabad, and the judgment of the learned single Judge confirming the said judgment and award. Appeal deserves to be admitted.

Accordingly, the present Letters Patent Appeal is admitted.
