Heard Ms. Dipsikha P. Mishra, learned advocate for Mr. Nisarg N. Jain, learned advocate for the applicants. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2 to 4 despite service of notice of rule.

Respondent No.1 is unserved, however, the presence is not necessary as he happens to be driver of the offending vehicle.

Present application for condonation of delay which has occurred in preferring the First Appeal to challenge the impugned judgment and award dated 28.08.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, MACT, Vadodara in MACP No.19/2004.

Considering the averments made in the application, delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
