This is an application by the State, under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking leave of this Court, to present an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Additional Sessions Judge and Special (POCSO) Judge, Bhuj dated 20.01.2020 in Special Case (POCSO) No.21 of 2019.

2. Heard Mr. Hardik Soni, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the appellant - State.
