Heard Mr. Vishal C. Mehta, learned advocate for the applicants. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents despite service of notice of rule.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 23.03.2018 passed by learned MACT (Main), Bhuj-Kutch in MACP No.25/2014.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
