The record shows that both of the respondents are served. However, there is no appearance on their behalf.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 29.06.2017 passed by learned MACT (Main) Banaskantha at Palanpur in MACP No.60/2013.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
