The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 17.01.2018 passed by learned MACT (Aux.) Banaskantha at Deesa in MACP No.3565/2009.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
