Heard Mr. V.C. Thomas, learned advocate for the applicant.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal to assail the judgment and order dated 31.07.2018 passed by learned MACT (Aux.) at Vadodara in MACP No.122/2007.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
