                   ORAL ORDER

1. Rule. Mr.Chintan Dave, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent State.

2. This petition is filed by the petitioner, through Jail, with a prayer to release him on parole leave for a period of 30 days so as to enable him to appoint a private lawyer, who can assail the judgment of conviction and order of sentence before this Court.

4. I have gone through the petition and the reason mentioned in the application. I have also considered the Jail remarks.

4. A bare perusal of the Jail remarks would reveal that the conduct of the petitioner in Jail is good and he has not yet availed any kind of bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to consider the case of

5. The petition is, therefore, partly-allowed. The petitioner shall be released on parole leave for a period of three weeks from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousands) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions.
