Heard learned Advocate Ms. Sandhya Natani for the petitioner, who inter alia challenges an order dated 30.04.2021, whereby the request for the petitioner for promotion with effect from 19.05.2020 in her original place at Mahisagar with appropriate seniority has been rejected.

Learned Advocate Ms. Natani submits that the issue raised in the petition is squarely covered by decision of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 7252 of 2016 dated 20.03.2019 confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 376 of 2021 and allied matters vide judgment dated 20.07.2021.

Having regard to the same, issue Notice returnable on 24.09.2021. Leaned AGP Mr. Mehta waives service of notice for the respondent No.1- State.
