1. This is an application by the State, under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking leave of this Court to file appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Sessions Judge, Mehsana dated 18.02.2020 in Special Case No.16 of 2018. The present respondents No.1 and 2 - Zala Mahavirsinh @ Anubha Chhanubha and Zala Ajaysinh Pravinsinh Dalpatsinh, both residing at Katosan, Taluka Jotana, District : Mehsana were tried for having committed offence punishable under Sections 302,504, 201 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.
