Heard Mr. Archit Jani, learned advocate for the petitioner. According to him, the petitioner is ready to deposit the entire cheque amount, which is Rs.30,000/-

Hence, NOTICE returnable on 17th November, 2021. Learned APP waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondent - State.

The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- before this Court on or before returnable date. Pursuant to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence and dismissal of appeal preferred by the petitioner, if any warrant is issued against him, it shall not be executed upon the petitioner til the next date of hearing.
