Heard learned advocate for the Insurance Company and learned advocate for the claimant.

Learned advocate for the Insurance Company submits that awarded amount of compensation along with interest and costs is deposited in the Tribunal in compliance of the order of this Court. He, therefore, submits that the stay granted earlier may be confirmed till the final disposal of the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. The stay granted earlier of the impugned judgment and award is confirmed till the final disposal of the appeal with liberty in favour of the claimant to move an application for disbursement on deposited amount. The tribunal is directed to invest the deposited amount in cumulative fixed deposit in nationalized bank for a period of three years and receipt thereof be kept in custody of 'Nazir' of the tribunal. Rule is made absolute.
