Heard Mr.K.K.Thakkar, learned advocate for the applicant.

There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents despite service of notice of rule.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay which has occurred in preferring the appeal to assail the judgment and award of the Tribunal. Considering the averments, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The question of admissibility of interest for the period of delay is kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the main appeal. Rule is made absolute.
