                                   ORAL ORDER

The present application is filed by the applicant - party-in-person for releasing the applicant on parole leave on the ground of preferring an appeal against the judgment and order of conviction dated 30.09.2021 passed by the concerned Sessions Court.

Heard the party-in-person and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State.

I have perused the application, the documents annexed thereto and jail remarks on record. From the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant - convict was absconded for considerable time and, therefore, no case is made out to release the applicant on parole leave.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant to release her on parole leave.

The application is dismissed.
