ORAL ORDER
Heard learned advocate for the applicant in both the civil applications. Presence of respondent No.2, in the both the civil applications, is not necessary for the purpose of disposal of both the civil applications as he happens to be the driver of the offending vehicle.
The present applications under Section 5 of the Limitation Act are preferred to condone the delay which is occurred in preferring First Appeals to assail the impugned judgment and award.
Considering the averments made in these applications, the delay is condoned. The applications stand disposed of. Rule is made absolute in both the applications.
