                               ORAL ORDER

1. Mr.Amar Bhatt, learned advocate states that Mr.Kunal

Vaishnav, learned advocate has received instructions to

appear for and on behalf of the respondents and he shall file

his Vakalatnama before the Registry. Registry shall accept the

same.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that Special

Civil Suit No.1016 of 2014 is pending today for

pronouncement of judgment by the Trial Court. The petitioner

is permitted to request the Trial Court concerned to postpone

the judgment. It is further submitted that the petitioner has

deposited an amount of Rs.10 lakhs before the Trial Court

concerned and copy of the receipt thereof is also produced on

C/SCA/14763/2021 ORDER DATED: 05/10/2021

record.

3. The Trial Court concerned will decide the prayer made by

the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. The petitioner shall supply the copy of the petition along

with its annexures to the other side.
