This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 159 days caused in filing the First Appeal against the impugned judgment and award.

Considering the averments made in this application and considering the submissions canvassed by learned advocate for the applicant-insurance company, it seems that sufficient cause is made out for not filing the appeal within the period of limitation. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 159 days caused in filing the First Appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
