By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant-State has prayed for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 17.12.2020 passed by the learned 3 rd Additional Sessions Judge, Mahesana at Visnagar in Sessions Case No.1 of 2012 (Old Sessions Case No.167/2006). In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the present Application is allowed. The Appeal be listed for its admission.
