By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant-State has prayed for leave to file an Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 30.12.2019 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Amreli at Dhari in Sessions Case No.7 of 2019. In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the present Application is allowed. The Appeal be listed for its admission.
