Heard learned Advocate Shri Rathin Raval for the appellant and learned Advocate Shri Paresh M. Darji for the respondent No.1 - original claimant.

In view of the order passed by this Court dated 08.03.2021 in Civil Application for withdrawal / disbursement of amount, the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned MAC Tribunal (Main), Morbi in MACP NO.93 of 2014 dated 10.10.2019 shall remain stayed till final disposal of the First Appeal No.485 of 2020.
