According to learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.Ronak Raval both these petitions are covered by the judgment dated 17.09.2020 rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court (Coram: Vipul M. Pancholi, J.) passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.11508 of 2020 whereby the application is dismissed. As this is prohibition matter and charge­sheet is not filed, learned advocate Mr.Sindhi requests for time to go through the aforesaid judgment to ascertain whether this judgment is applicable in the facts of the present case or not. Hence, upon request of learned advocate Mr.Sindhi, stand over to 05.04.2021.
