By way of this application, applicant prays for staying implementation, operation and execution of impugned judgment and award dated 06.05.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux), Kachchh at Bhuj in MACP No.510 of 2007.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate Mr.Nanavati, issue Notice returnable on 30.04.2021. The impugned judgment and award shall be stayed on condition that the Insurance company deposits the entire amount of award with interest and cost before the concerned tribunal before returnable date.
