1. This is an application seeking invocation of

the contempt jurisdiction under the Contempt of

Court Act, 1971, on account of the alleged

willful and deliberate non­compliance of the

judgment and order passed by this Court in

Special Civil Application No.19460 of 2019.

2. The Court, According to the learned advocate,

Mr.R.D.Kinariwala, has relied on the judgment

rendered in case of Sandip Ajitsingh Vaghela vs.

C/MCA/155/2021 ORDER

State of Gujarat & Anr. ,Special Civil

Application No.12071 of 2018 against which the

Letters Patent Appeal No.1596 of 2020 was

preferred, where the order of the learned Single

Judge has been confirmed.

4. Issue Urgent Notice, returnable on

15.04.2021.
