1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Jigneshkumar P. Pandav on

behalf of the applicant and learned advocate Ms. Karuna

Rahevar on behalf of respondent No. 4 - insurance company.

2. By way of this application, the applicant seeks stay of

impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Tharad, Banaskantha in MACP

No. 298/2018 (Old No.26 of 2011) dated 07.02.2019.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate

for the parties, issue notice returnable on 30.04.2021.

4. Impugned judgment and award shall remain stayed on

condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded

amount along with cost and interest with the learned Tribunal

by the next returnable date.
